1. Scope of the service
Nöbetçi Eczaneler: Eczane Bul is a pharmacy information and navigation app provided by Emre Akkaya. It offers province and district filters for all 81 provinces of Türkiye, pharmacy information, proximity information, favourites, access to phone calling, directions in a map app and private support records.
The app does not require an account and is designed for iPhones running iOS 16 or later. Some features require an internet connection, device permission or a compatible map app.
2. Verifying pharmacy information
On-duty pharmacy lists, hours, addresses and phone numbers may change over time. Data transfers may be delayed, source information may contain errors, or temporary outages may occur. A pharmacy's inclusion in the list does not guarantee that it is currently open, able to provide a service or has the medication you need in stock.
Before setting out, call the pharmacy to confirm its address and on-duty status. If necessary, check the latest announcement from the relevant chamber of pharmacists. You can report incorrect information through the support channel.
This app does not act on behalf of a public authority or chamber of pharmacists. Any conversation, supply of products or other dealings with a pharmacy take place directly between you and that pharmacy.
3. Location, distance, directions and phone calls
Location permission is optional; you can use the app by selecting a province and district. Distance and route information are estimates. They may vary depending on location accuracy, the selected map service, road conditions and mode of transport; the displayed distance does not guarantee an arrival time or the suitability of a route.
When you open directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Yandex, that service's terms and privacy practices apply. Use your device safely and lawfully while driving; road signs and current road conditions take precedence.
The phone call function opens your device's calling feature. Internet and call charges may apply according to your mobile provider's plan.
4. Charges and advertising
The app is free. The current version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The service is supported by banner and app open ads displayed through Google AdMob.
Advertisements belong to third parties. Displaying an ad does not mean that we consider the advertiser's product or service medically appropriate or endorse it. After you follow an ad, the relevant third party's terms apply.

5. Appropriate use and support
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass the service's security or take actions that disrupt its infrastructure or prevent other users from accessing it. Do not use the support channel for misleading reports, harassment, advertising or unsolicited messages.
Support records are for private correspondence with app administrators; they are not a public review area or a place for users to chat with one another. Do not include medical reports, prescriptions, identity documents or card details in your messages, and do not include other people's data without permission.
Necessary and proportionate access restrictions may be applied for security reasons or to address misuse. If you experience an access problem, you can contact us through the support page.
6. Intellectual property, service and liability
Rights in the app's software, original design and content belong to their respective rights holders. Your use allows you to use the app personally; it does not give you ownership rights in the software or brand. Statutory rights of use are reserved.
Maintenance, updates, connection problems or third-party services may cause interruptions. We do not undertake that the app will always operate without interruption or error. Features and data sources may change over time.
These terms do not remove your consumer rights or other legal rights arising from mandatory law. This text does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law, or liability arising from intent or gross negligence.
Changes and applicable law
When the terms are updated, the new text and update date are published on this page. Changes do not remove legal rights that have already arisen. Where necessary, separate notice is given or consent is obtained for the relevant change.
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. Applicable mandatory rules and consumers' rights of recourse are reserved; your right to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, courts and other authorities is preserved.
