1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the Nöbetçi Eczaneler: Eczane Bul iPhone app and its support pages. The data controller and developer is Emre Akkaya. You can send questions and privacy requests to destek@vibeqmusic.com.
The app does not require an account, payment or subscription, and does not obtain health data from HealthKit. The information described below is processed to provide the pharmacy service, usage analytics, advertising, security and support.
2. Information we collect and process
- Searches and app usage
- The province and district you select, search text and results, screens you open, pharmacy detail views, and actions to call a pharmacy or get directions may be recorded. These records may include details such as the pharmacy's name and phone number, distance, map preference, permission status and theme selection. The pharmacy phone number is the contact information listed in the directory.
- Location and device information
- The location you allow us to access is used for proximity and directions features. Google services may infer an approximate location from your IP address and may process device, app, installation and session information. Use of the advertising identifier depends on your permissions and settings.
- Advertising, error and performance information
- Ad impressions and clicks, app interactions, crash and error logs, and information about the app's performance may be processed by Google's advertising services.
- Support and email correspondence
- The support category, subject, your messages, replies, any related pharmacy information and dates are stored on the server. If you send an email, your email address and message content are also processed. Correspondence is not visible to other users; it is handled by support administrators.
- Identifier used to link support records
- Support records are associated with a value derived from a persistent installation identifier in your device's secure storage. This allows correspondence from the same installation to be linked. Although you do not need to create an account, these records are not anonymous.
- Server access logs
- When you connect to the server, your IP address, the requested address, province and district, date and time, response status and processing time are logged. These logs are not used only during the connection; they also remain stored on the server afterwards. Device, installation and session identifiers may be used for access and security controls.
- Favourites and preferences
- Your favourites list and certain preferences are stored on your device. No separate analytics record is sent when you add or remove a favourite. However, normal usage actions, such as opening pharmacy details, calling a pharmacy or getting directions from the favourites screen, may be recorded as part of analytics.
3. Location and your permissions
Location permission is optional. You can access pharmacy information by selecting a province and district without granting permission. If you grant permission, your location is used for proximity, distance and route features.
To retrieve the pharmacy list, province information is sent to our server instead of your raw GPS coordinates. Apple's map services may process the starting point and destination to calculate routes. If you open directions in another app, the destination pharmacy information is passed to Apple Maps, Google Maps or Yandex. The location permissions and privacy rules of the app you select apply.
On your iPhone, you can change location permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services and your tracking preference under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Denying tracking permission does not stop usage analytics or remove all advertising. You can continue using the core pharmacy features. Ad display also depends on Google's advertising consent process and your current preferences. Where available, you can review your choices through the advertising privacy options. Tracking permission is not blanket consent for all processing of personal data.
4. How we use data
We use information for the following purposes:
- To provide the pharmacy list, proximity information and directions features.
- To respond to support requests and investigate issues.
- To understand which features are used and improve the app.
- To display ads and measure their performance.
- To verify access, prevent misuse and fulfil legal obligations.
Information is collected electronically through what you enter in the app, your permissions, support and email correspondence, analytics and advertising services, and server connections.
Legal grounds
Processing necessary for the service and support you request is assessed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Processing necessary for security is assessed under Article 5(2)(f), provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where applicable, Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e) provide the grounds for processing necessary to fulfil legal obligations and protect rights.
Processing that requires explicit consent needs separate, valid consent. Reading this policy or continuing to use the app does not constitute explicit consent. The explanations below describe the services and data flows used in the current version.
5. External services we use
Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
Google Analytics for Firebase measures screens, searches, sessions and app interactions. Google processes device and app information, as well as app and installation identifiers; approximate regional information may be inferred from the IP address.
Analytics is enabled every time the app is opened. The current version has no separate in-app option to turn analytics off. Denying Apple's tracking permission does not disable this measurement.
Google AdMob — advertising
AdMob is used for banner and app open ads. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device and app identifiers, the advertising identifier subject to permissions, and ad views and interactions. Crash, error and performance information may also be used to operate, measure, secure and improve advertising services.
Maps, support and hosting
Map features involve Apple and any other map providers you select. Server and hosting providers process the data needed to operate the service. Authorised support administrators can access support records; emails are processed through the email infrastructure used. Information may be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.
Processing outside Türkiye
Google, Apple and Yandex services may involve processing data on servers outside Türkiye. Processing locations and providers' practices vary by service. Reading this page or granting a device permission does not, by itself, constitute blanket explicit consent to transfers abroad.
Providers' privacy information and request channels:
6. Retention, security and deletion
Retention needs are assessed in light of providing the service and support, investigating issues, ensuring security, fulfilling legal obligations and protecting rights. When the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, the data must be deleted, destroyed or anonymised. There is no single retention period that applies to all types of data; retention periods in third-party services also depend on the relevant service's settings and policies.
Closing a support record does not delete the correspondence. Uninstalling the app does not automatically create a deletion request for support, security or analytics records held on servers. Some identifiers in the device's secure storage may remain after reinstallation.
You can send data deletion or other privacy requests to destek@vibeqmusic.com. The steps for submitting a request are on the support page. Necessary and proportionate verification information may be requested to locate the relevant records and avoid disclosing another person's data. Deletion may be limited for records that must be retained by law or are necessary to protect a right; you will be informed of the outcome and any reasons for it.
Access controls and technical security measures are used to protect data. No method of internet transmission or storage guarantees absolute security.
7. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK:
- You can learn whether your data is processed and, if so, what data is processed, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
- You can learn which third parties receive your data within Türkiye or abroad.
- You can request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information and, where the relevant conditions are met, its deletion or destruction.
- You can request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- You can object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis, and request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You can use the support and privacy contact channel to submit a request. The application requirements and time limits set by law apply. After applying to the data controller, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board if the applicable conditions are met. For details, see the KVKK explanation of data subject rights and information on submitting a request.
8. This website and changes
Your language choice is stored locally in this browser only. On your first visit, the browser language setting is used to choose the Turkish or English pages; no IP location lookup or data transmission to another service is needed for this. You can remove the saved preference by clearing this website’s browser data.
These support pages contain no advertising, analytics code, tracking cookies, externally loaded fonts or forms that collect information. The hosting infrastructure serving the pages may process technical access logs, such as IP addresses and request information, to provide the connection and ensure security.
The policy is updated when the app's data use or this text changes. The current version and revision date are published on this page. If a change requires new consent, publishing this text alone does not constitute that consent.
